Join Stefanie on a cheesemaking adventure made for our littlest artisans. This class is geared towards children ages 4 to 10 but is welcome to all ages. Students will learn about the cheesemaking process by making a simple ricotta style basket cheese. Kids will help transform milk into curds, hand-shape fresh cheese and decorate it with herbs and flowers, and learn all about cows and milk! The class will also tour the cheese cave, peer into the creamery, and taste several milkhouse cheeses (with a chance to provide genuine feedback in the ways only kids can do). *Parents must accompany and care for their children during the class*
